Domvs Romana

About Domvs Romana
The Domvs Romana was discovered by chance in 1881. Little of the house survives, but its mosaics, among them the doves of the central panel, and a portrait bust of Claudia Antonia, daughter of the Emperor Claudius, are shown in Malta’s first purpose-built museum for an archaeological site (heritagemalta.mt).
